Sports development Officer Wanted: (Soccer Head Coach) The role focuses on identifying, recruiting and developing young sporting talent through scouting, coaching programs and competition pathways. Responsibilities include delivering tailored fitness plans, technical coaching, skills training and game strategies, while tracking player development and providing feedback. The role collaborates with councils, schools and clubs to build strong community partnerships. Salary is $78,000 plus superannuation.
