Academy 11 is one of Sydney’s leading football academies, dedicated to developing players through high-quality coaching in a positive, professional environment. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for enthusiastic and committed coaches to join our team. About the Role You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging, structured training sessions that help players improve their technical ability, confidence, and love for the game. More importantly, you’ll become a positive role model for young athletes. What We’re Looking For * A genuine passion for coaching and developing young players. * Reliable, professional, and energetic. * Strong communication skills with players and parents. * Ability to work as part of a coaching team. * Playing and/or coaching experience (preferred). * Football Australia coaching qualifications (or willingness to obtain them). * Valid Working With Children Check. Training Schedule Most sessions take place: * Monday to Friday (afternoons) * Saturday mornings (Mini Football Program) Flexible opportunities are available depending on your availability.
