Edge Football Academy delivers high-quality football coaching programs for players aged 2–16. We cater to all ability levels, focusing on technical development, confidence building, and creating a positive, inclusive environment for every player. Role Overview:We are seeking a passionate and reliable Part-Time Football Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and structured training sessions, support player development, and contribute to a positive coaching environment. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver age-appropriate football training sessions - Coach players of varying ages and ability levels (2–16 years) - Create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for all participants -Support the development of players’ technical skills and confidence - Set up and pack down training equipment - Communicate effectively with parents, players, and staff - Represent Edge Football Academy in a professional manner Requirements: - Previous coaching experience (preferred but not essential) - Passion for football and youth development - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude - Ability to work afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends - Valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain) Desirable: - Coaching qualifications (e.g. FA / grassroots certificates or equivalent) - Experience working with young children or in group settings What We Offer: - Flexible part-time hours - Supportive team environment - Opportunities for growth and development within the academy - Competitive hourly rate
