Volunteer Coordinator – ESAL (Term 3, 2026) ⚽ Location: Eastern Suburbs, Sydney When: Saturdays, 25 July – 19 September 2026 Time Commitment: Approx. 1:00pm – 5:30pm Position: Volunteer The Eastern Suburbs Academy League (ESAL) is looking for an enthusiastic Volunteer Coordinator to assist with the delivery of our junior football competition. Working alongside and under the guidance of our Senior Coaches, this role is ideal for university students, aspiring coaches, sports management students, or anyone who enjoys football and working with children. Responsibilities: * Assist with match day operations and setup. * Support coaches, referees and families. * Help manage fixtures, team check-ins and results. * Prepare and organise equipment. * Ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all participants. * Assist with photos, videos and general administration when required. What we’re looking for: * Passion for football and community sport. * Reliable, organised and friendly. * Strong communication skills. * Previous sports experience is helpful but not essential.
